Measurement of the Electrokinetic Transport Properties of Particles in AN Electrostatic Precipitator. was constructed to observe the two dimensional kinetics of submicrometer diameter particles in the ESP. Particle migration velocity toward the collection wall was found to be dependent on particle position in relation to the wires and wall. The purpose of this work is to evaluate the capacity of a natural zeolite to be used as a reactive material in a permeable reactive barrier (PRB) to remove inorganic contaminants from groundwater.
